ZAZ Management & Services was established on 19 September 2014. ZAZ Management & Service are a non-audit firm registered under the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, besides that they are also company secretaries registered under SSM. They are members of the chartered tax institute Malaysia. ZAZ Management & Services has a variety of experience in managing tax audit cases under Inland Board of Revenue

The establishment of ZAZ Management & Services aims to provide a platform to help entrepreneurs increase the value of the company not only by relying solely on business but also with the help of financing and investment as a booster to fly higher.

Fully operational in Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, ZAZ Management & Services is run by two young professionals, Zurianee Binti Zabidi and her husband, Ahmad Zairul Dzuljastri. Their deep interest in the field of business, finance and investment made many successes achieved by them at a young age. Realizing the fact that too many entrepreneurs are lost in the middle of the road due to a lack of knowledge about business and financial management, especially from the point of view of company compliance such as taxation, accounting, and investment, the stronger their efforts to convey knowledge among entrepreneurs specifically.

Having a very clear mission and vision for the business being carried out, ZAZ Management & Services always helps entrepreneurs to continue to take their business further and faster forward while adding value to the company and having a clear "exit plan" for the business they are running.

Starting to venture into the field of investment and financing since 2008 has taught this entrepreneur a lot to be smarter in planning and deciding especially decisions involving the long-term risk. Among the services they provided are, corporate admin also known as Company secretary, accounting service, tax advice, company financial management, cashflow restructuring, investment and Islamic financing. They are also very active in organizing seminars and coaching to help entrepreneurs in Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. For them, cash flow is a very important just like a “heart” for a business to survive.

Too many entrepreneurs can start a business, but the challenge of maintaining a business should be emphasized. Having an asset worth more than 10 million, they believe every business owner should have the mindset as an investor to stay relevant and last longer in business. The asset that will help entrepreneurs in times of decline because every business has its own product life cycle and there will be ups and downs.

Now they have proven that they have successfully created sources of income from various types of business and investment to continue building a portfolio worth million of ringgit. Apart from that, they are also active in charity work at home and abroad such as helping orphans, tahfiz schools, mosques and the less fortunate.

Achieving "financial freedom" at a relatively young age is a motivation for them to convey their knowledge and experience of more than 10 years in the field of business and investment to entrepreneurs out there. Confident that 9/10 sources of sustenance are from business, they are also confident that the challenge is definitely 9/10. Providing an umbrella before the rain is one of the still relevant sayings used for entrepreneurs to always be ready to face any test and challenge.
